13 seems like a weird number. This could be useful for W/U mill decks. Path to Exile your dude. Do you search for a land? LET THE MIND GAMES BEGIN.

World Queller
Creature - Avatar
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may choose a card type. If you do, each player sacrifices a permanent of that type.

World Queller is obviously a planeswalker-killer. However, it's also useful for artifact and enchantment destruction, or if you need a creature killed badly enough. Basically it's a jack-of-all-trades, and could very well see play in Constructed. Watch out for this guy.

Baloth Woodcrasher
Creature - Beast
Landfall - Whenever a land enters the battlefield under your control, Baloth Woodcrasher gets +4/+4 and gains trample until end of turn.
Its insatiable hunger quickly depletes a region of prey. It must migrate from place to place to feed its massive bulk.

Sea Gate Loremaster
Creature - Merfolk Wizard Ally
: Draw a card for each Ally you control.

Now THIS is a card you should watch out for at the Prerelease. With a second Ally in play, it will simply win games. Not explosively: but it will win them. Like Merfolk Looter on steroids, it does it's thing turn after turn, and then you win the game.

Scute Mob
Creature - Insect
At the beginning of your upkeep, if you control five or more lands, put four +1/+1 counters on Scute Mob.

Say it with me guys: WOW. With five lands, this guy is a BEAST. I could see him see play in Standard, Extended, and even Legacy as a late game beater. This guy is incredibly, incredibly good and he will be making waves for years. I called it. You'll see.

Gigantiform
Enchantment - Aura
Kicker  Enchant creature Enchanted creature is 8/8 and has trample. When Gigantiform enters the battlefield, if it was kicked, you may search your library for a card named Gigantiform, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle your library.

A limited bomb indeed, but this card will probably also see play in a rogue Standard deck with Needle Specter and Cold-Eyed Selkie. Other than that, not much.

Kazandu Blademaster
Creature - Human Soldier Ally
First strike, vigilance Whenever Kazandu Blademaster or another Ally enters the battlefield under your control, you may put a +1/+1 counter on Kazandu Blademaster.

It's too bad Zendikar doesn't show much Constructed promise in Allies, because this is a good one. If Worldwake has more to offer, this guy may become decent.

Kabira Evangel
Creature - Human Cleric Ally
Whenever Kabira Evangel or another Ally enters the battlefield under your control, you may choose a color. If you do, Allies you control gain protection from the chosen color until end of turn.

With Flash, this guy could see Constructed play. Without it, it's simply a Limited stalemate breaker.

Islandwalk : Regenerate River Boa.

This guy saw a lot of play back when creatures were worse. I reserve judgement on this guy. I have no idea if he'll see play or not. Except in Limited. He'll see plenty of play there.

He didn't see play in Tenth, he won't see play now. 14th pick, bottom of the barrel.
