You can't have a deck planned. The reason is you don't know what is being printed. Sure, you know that there might be general cards printed (counterspells, creatures, wrath-type effects) but nothing in general.
ReplyDeleteYou can't start working on new decks until you know what's going to be in the set. Don't read too much into those "post rotation 5cc is dead) because that may not be the case. Just get an idea of the cards still staying in the format, and wait and see.
